When can I pick up my race packet?

All runners will be REQUIRED to have a temp check prior to entering the start area. The temp check station will be under the picnic shelter in NP Park (see map). Runners will go to the temp check area and, if no symptoms, runners will receive a bib and their race shirt. A race bib attached to the front of your shirt is required to enter the start area. Any runner with a temperature > 100.4 F WILL NOT be allowed to participate. Plan accordingly to allow enough time to get your temp checked, bib on, and race shirt tucked away. We recommend arrival 30 minutes prior to your heat start time to keep crowd size small throughout the morning.

Can I have someone else pick up my packet?

No. All participants will need to be screened for COVID before they can get their bib and shirt.

For relay teams, can one person pick up the packet for the team?

Yes.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the relay hand-off area from the start and finish area?

No. You need to arrange transportation for you and your teammate.

What time do the races start?

The first heat of the 10-mile starts at 7:45 AM and will go every half hour through 9:15 AM.

The first heat of the 5K starts at 8:00 AM and will go every half hour through 10:30 AM.

Is there a time limit for the 10-mile course?

There is a three hour time limit on the course. All participants must be able to finish the 10-mile by 10:30 a.m.

Can I switch races after I have already registered?

No.

Can I transfer my registration to another person or get a refund if I am unable to run?

No.

Can I wear headphones or use an iPod during the race?

Yes.

Can I register on race day?

No. Registration closes at midnight on 10/1.

Are strollers allowed on the course?

We allow strollers, baby joggers, etc., in the 5k and the 1-mile run/walk. We require that those participants with such equipment line up at the back of the starting corral to ensure the safety of all participants.

Where should I park?

There is street side parking available in the surrounding area and some area lots will also be open. Stay tuned for more parking information.

What about the T-shirt?

You must be registered by May 22nd to be guaranteed a race t-shirt. Anyone who registers after May 22nd will receive a pair of Performance Fitsok Running Socks instead of a t-shirt. All youth 12 and under are guaranteed a t-shirt, however their t-shirt is not guaranteed to be available for pickup at the race if they register after May 22nd (in this case it will be mailed to you instead).
